From the rolling lava fields of remote Icelandic nature, we harvest some of the native herbs and flowers that make up our signature Icelandic Botanical Complex, or IBC. The Research
A laboratory study on human skin cell cultures found that dandelion leaf and flower extracts, one of the plants in the ANGAN IBC, helped protect the cells from UVB related oxidative stress and markers of cellular aging, with leaf and flower extracts outperforming root extract (dandelion extract and skin cell protection from UVB damage).
